Skylight’s journey in the Bay Area began over ten years ago along San Francisco’s maritime edge. In partnership with TMG Partners, starting with transformative activations at Piers 70 and 29, we established a shared mission to reactivate the city's built environment through intentional design and ephemeral cultural programming.
Atop the Metreon in the cultural heart of San Francisco sits Skylight’s newest crown jewel, The Aviary. Spanning 31,000 square feet of glass-lined, light-filled rooftop space overlooking Yerba Buena Gardens, The Aviary combines spatial warmth, bespoke artistic craftsmanship, and versatile, fully controllable event infrastructure. It is more than a rooftop venue, it is a contemporary sanctuary and catalyst for the city’s next creative chapter.
